Renaissance Romance Publishing would like to issue a formal apology to Dale Porter at LendInk.com. We mistakenly believed our books were being listed for loan, in violation of the lending program we had opted out of. Only three of our titles have ever been offered in Kindle’s lending program, on a trial basis. As such, we were concerned that readers were being misled to believe that all the titles were available for the lending program. Our concerns that the titles were being pirated were based upon that knowledge.
While we cannot go back and withdraw our earlier email to Dale through the site’s corrections notification or our Facebook rejoinder, we extend a heartfelt apology to Dale and the readers who were affected by the removal of LendInk. We wish you the best of luck and every success in your efforts to restore the site.
